Probably the coolest paint job of 2020, Eight year-old Sully Hicks comes up with a killer design to win the Norco frame coloring contest. The contest inspired by Norco Pro Jill Kintner (an amazing artist herself), kids were asked to submit their design on Jill's template. Young Sully hit it out of the park and Tony Bauman, the artist behind Made Rad by Tony, brought his mid experiment to life!
