26 INCH KIDS EBIKES
We are huge fans of electric bikes. We have had electric commuter, cargo and mountain bikes for years now...and we love them. Mid drive bikes are the bees knees for torque and ride feel especially in the world of mountain biking. Some companies are now making lighter weight bikes for kids which opens up longer and farther bike adventures. Yes, they are very expensive but affordability is going to get better with time!

A cross-country hardtail with 250Wh battery and 250W motor capable of 55NM of torque. The premium Fazua battery/drive system is the best we have seen in a kids specific ebike. Mid drive and 37.5 lbs, the bike is manageable for kids to do epic adventures. 11 speed NX drivetrain, derailleur with a clutch, 90mm travel suspension fork and 130mm cranks round out the build. Any plans for reviewing full suspension e-bikes for shredding? Like the Mondraker F-PLAY 26.
Hopefully we will see some mid drive F/S E-MTB’s for kids soon. Rumour has it, some are in development with the advancement of lighter motors and batteries. We would not bother with a rear hub motor E-MTB for the kids.
