Kids Ride Shotgun announced their Pro model seat that takes cues from the Macride and the original no touch frame LOCT seat. The main benefit from these type of seats over frame mounted options is the quick on/off and the fact it does not come in contact with your frame. These are huge benefits in our opinion but its nice to have frame mounted options as they are cheaper, not everyone has room for the mounting spacer and the frame mounted seats offer lighter steering and keep the kids lower in the bike for shorter parents.
