2022 Specialized Levo Review, The Family Workhorse

An ebike has changed the way both our families ride bikes and honestly, changed the way we ride bikes on our Dad days out. The cost of ownership is high from an initial investment but these tow and lap machines are here to stay. We love them, ride them more than our normal bikes and can't wait to see what the future brings for the further generations of eMTBs.

Here, I run down my thoughts and experience with the 2022 Specialized Levo expert build, a 50 lb full powered eMTB with a hefty price tag of $10,000 USD. I put on some serious miles over my first six months of ownership and gained some insight into the service and warranty offered by the big S.

i had the exact same thing happen to my gen3 turbo levo expert. ive owned 6 ebikes previous. never spent this much before. i never thought i might get a lemon. First two trail rides horrible noise exactly like on your video. LBS i got the bike from says its normal but i ride with two other gen3 turbo levo owners and their bikes are whisper quiet so i know better. did you get resistance? im very distressed and want a motor replacement too. any suggestions to get it done?

Push the LBS to submit warranty claim, they are being lazy. I’m on my third motor all of them warrantied due to noise and vibration.
